THE REBIRTH OF A HISTORIC ICON IN CHIAVENNA

The story of Rebelot, an iconic restaurant in the historic centre of Chiavenna, is a tale of tradition, passion and rebirth.

Closed for two years following the death of founder Enzo Bartolucci, the pizzeria has been given a new lease of life thanks to the intervention of Mattia Giacomelli and Alessandro Perrotta, two experts in the catering and hotel industry.

The new management, while respecting the link with the past and keeping the memory of 'papa Enzo' alive, has been able to reinvent the Rebelot, transforming it into a gourmet pizzeria, beer garden and fry house.

Discover how the restaurant, through the evolution of its services and the quality of its raw materials, has managed to retain its historical charm and bring the magic of yesteryear back to the town of Chiavenna.
