Closed for two years following the death of founder Enzo Bartolucci, the pizzeria has been given a new lease of life thanks to the intervention of Mattia Giacomelli and Alessandro Perrotta, two experts in the catering and hotel industry.
The new management, while respecting the link with the past and keeping the memory of 'papa Enzo' alive, has been able to reinvent the Rebelot, transforming it into a gourmet pizzeria, beer garden and fry house.
